Wealthlink, Incorporated has unveiled the WISE 2 Sequel – Wealthlink Incentive for Star Employees, which features bigger prizes, more benefits, and exciting incentives. WISE 2 incentivizes hard work and dedication, acknowledging success and rewarding employees along their journey toward turning dreams into reality. It is an opportunity to reach for the stars and be rewarded for their efforts.
WISE 2 offers various incentives to employees who excel in different categories such as Perfect Attendance, Employee of the Month/Quarter, Top Sales Achiever for the Month/Quarter, Employee Referrals, Client Referrals, Loyalty Award, Employee of the Year, Top Sales Achiever for the Year, Customer Service Award, and Service Excellence Award.
Additional incentives, HMO+1 will be given to eligible employees. The employee may choose to add one (1) dependent individual to their HMO plan for FREE. A PRE-APPROVED salary loan will be granted exclusively for employees who have rendered a year of satisfactory service to the company and received a positive job performance rating.
The WISE awardees will receive cash incentives worth over Php200,000.00 and also earn e-raffle tickets to get a chance to win fabulous prizes in the Semi-Finals, Quarterly, and Grand raffle prize draws to be streamed via Wealthlink’s YouTube Channel. The first prize winner will receive a Pang Capital Package worth Php120,000 in cash, while the second prize winner will take home a Pang Paninda valued at Php50,000, and the third prize winner will receive a Pang Carinderia Package worth Php30,000.
The Grand Raffle Winner and the Employee of the Year will be invited to an all-expense trip to attend Wealthlink’s Christmas Party to receive their prizes. Awardees with cash rewards will be credited to their respective payroll account within the 2nd week of the following month.
Extra rewards from our sister company Channel International Placement Service Corporation (CHIPS) will be given for referrals for a chance to earn e-raffle tickets and win a FREE trip to Hongkong for 2 for 3 days and 2 nights with hotel accommodation plus USD$500 travel money.
Monthly raffle winners will be announced every 2nd week of the following month on WLI’s Official Facebook page. All e-raffle tickets will be kept in the employee’s WISE wallet. To ensure transparency and fairness in the selection process for each category award, guidelines, and processes will be communicated to all employees.

To kickstart the program, all regular employees will automatically receive 5 e-raffle tickets at the start of the WISE Program. Employees who excel in their respective categories will receive additional e-raffle tickets, increasing their chances of winning in the raffle draw. E-raffle tickets earned will be automatically forfeited upon the resignation of the employee and will not be included in the raffle draw.
