Duties and Responsibilities
He shall be responsible for all deliveries of the area that was assigned to him by the Transport Dispatch Supervisor.
He shall be responsible in counter checking accuracy of DARR document vs. Invoices/no. of boxes handed to him.
He shall be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicles.
He shall be responsible for the completion of returned stocks and documents (DARR, Invoice, Collection Receipt, RCM etc.).
He shall be responsible for the proper handling and delivery of stocks and ensures documentation of all deliveries until the time he gets back at the office.
He shall be responsible in issuing Collection Receipt to all GBDI Customers for each delivery made.
He shall be responsible for checking the amount of cash/check collected and the completion of check details (Pay to, Terms, Date of check, Amount in figures/words, Signature of check/account owner) before remitting to the cashier on the same day.
He shall be responsible in taking care of the company’s credit card terminal for credit card transactions.
To ensure that all deliveries are received by the consignee as indicated on the Invoice.
To ensure that company policies are being followed at all times.
Other task that shall be assigned from time to time.
