Area of Deployment

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify the problem being encountered by the machine.
Perform simple preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Request spare parts for the repair of defective terminals.
Surrender defective parts to the Stockroom and return the spare parts that were requested to the stockman.
Return Service Form (SF) to the Technical Support Representative.
Re-arrange misaligned electronic bingo machines.
Check and verify the FBM serial number and PAGCOR control numbers.
Update machine per games (Memory replacement)
Draw the lay-out plan of new and old venue or sites.
Check the lay-out plan of machines for game conversion.
Submit lay-out plan for machine delivery to the Technical Support Assistant.
Deliver electronic bingo machines for installation to sites within Metro Manila and provinces.
Arrange and install the electronic bingo machines properly.
Connect the machine cable to the server.
Assist the player if he/she has a problem with the game and operation.
Process the documents of upcoming activities and expenditure requests.
Coordinate with Bingo Sites regarding upcoming activities.
Provide 24/7 Technical Support.
Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Male
Strictly residing in the said area.
Without experience in e-bingo.
Graduate of any Computer related course. (4 years/2 years/ or NCII/ NCIII Holder).
Knowledgeable in Audio Video Electronics, Basic LAN Networking, Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting is an advantage.
Knows how to use Multi-Tester.
Can travel and do field works.
