Job Description

The Site Locator is in charge of identifying and processing sites for Chef’s Corner Meat Outlets. This includes the finding suitable sites for expansion, overseeing construction, and acquiring the necessary permits for operation.

  • Identifying sites for expansion based on the preexisting checklist
  • Fieldwork to validate the suitability of sites (including counting foot traffic and commercial establishments).
  • Coordinating with the Retail Operations Supervisor, hired labor, and ACC suppliers and overseeing renovations to a site.
  • Administrative tasks including applying for utilities (electricity, water, etc).

Qualifications

  • Atleast HS Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience (fieldwork) required. Experience locating sites for retail expansion is a plus.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
