Training Process

  1. Attend a 3-day theoretical training at Armal Plaza
  2. Process Basic 5 medical within 5 days
  3. Attend a 1-day company orientation
  4. Complete a 9-day Outlet Training (OJT)
  5. Process remaining requirements
  6. Deployment by the supervisor

The 3-day training is paid at 250 pesos per day, and it will be accredited upon successfully completing the 9 days OJT at the outlet.

Qualifications

  • Fully Vaccinated
  • Age: 20-50 years old
  • No visible tattoos (even small tattoos)
  • Must be flexible with work schedules
  • Willingness to work during special and non-working holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Possession of government mandates (SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig) – we can reconsider those who lack but note the possibility of not being endorsed to the client without it
  • Good appearance and no disabilities (at the discretion of the Recruitment Team)
  • Not a working student
