Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating a sales environment that enhances the buying experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and providing/ offering significant retail information and market feedback.
  • Retail Sales Management
  • Promote products to all customer’s/end users at the shop floor
  • Conduct product and technical demonstration of products to customer’s/end users.
  • Inform customers of new products and consumer promotions.
  • Oversee merchandising of products at the shop floor.
  • Ensure cleanliness of display products at the shop floor.
  • Answer customer’s queries and complaints.
  • Monitor daily store inventory and upcoming delivery.
  • Information Management
  • Provide valuable retail information.
  • Submit sales report accurately and on time (using the Salesforce App).
  • Keep track of competitors’ activities and dealer events such as (but not limited to) new products, distribution, promotions, price adjustments, campaigns and service updates.
  • Recommend products for ordering based on its movement and seasonality.
  • Report customer and market feedback on the current trends and acceptance of Electrolux’s and competitors’ retail activities.

Qualifications

  • Male
  • 18 years old and above.
  • At least Highschool/ Senior High School graduate.
  • With Sales experience, preferably in Promoting Home Appliances.
  • No visible tattoo.
  • Good communication skills.
  • With pleasing personality.
