Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a sales environment that enhances the buying experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and providing/ offering significant retail information and market feedback.
Retail Sales Management
Promote products to all customer’s/end users at the shop floor
Conduct product and technical demonstration of products to customer’s/end users.
Inform customers of new products and consumer promotions.
Oversee merchandising of products at the shop floor.
Ensure cleanliness of display products at the shop floor.
Answer customer’s queries and complaints.
Monitor daily store inventory and upcoming delivery.
Information Management
Provide valuable retail information.
Submit sales report accurately and on time (using the Salesforce App).
Keep track of competitors’ activities and dealer events such as (but not limited to) new products, distribution, promotions, price adjustments, campaigns and service updates.
Recommend products for ordering based on its movement and seasonality.
Report customer and market feedback on the current trends and acceptance of Electrolux’s and competitors’ retail activities.
Qualifications
Male
18 years old and above.
At least Highschool/ Senior High School graduate.
With Sales experience, preferably in Promoting Home Appliances.
