Job Description

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and is the first point of contact for customers at the restaurant entrance.  She will serve as the main source of communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers as they arrive.
  • Seat customers at tables or in the waiting areas.
  • Provide the customer with menu and answer any initial questions.
  • Suggestively sell the Restaurant’s daily specials and other menu items to the customer/s.
  • Assign customers to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Assist other staff in the restaurant as needed.
  • Engage with guests to ensure they’re happy with the food and the service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a pleasant, professional manner, and help to resolve them.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Female
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 21-30 years old.
  • Good looking and with pleasing personality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
