Area of Deployment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing game instructions to the players and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through excellent, prompt, and courteous service.
  • Ensure that players are well-taken care of and receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Provide game instruction to customers or players.
  • Teach Site Cashiers how to do cash inflow and other related reports to be submitted.
  • Attend to machine concerns, request, or problems in the site.
  • Account and arrange chairs, check if damaged and report to the office for replacement.
  • Provide ashtrays and lighters to the players at the smoking area.
  • Distribute giveaways to players like lighters, key chains, etc. when applicable.
  • Teach Site Cashiers how to put the thermal paper properly and help in writing down the reading of every machine.
  • Provide marketing materials like tarpaulins and flyers to the site.
  • Monitor the number of persons who enter the site and those who played.
  • Account and place php1.00 flashcards on top of the machine and replace if needed
  • Accommodate and answer all player’s inquiry.
  • Check if the machines are encountering problems with the buttons, monitor or touch screen.
  • Inform the Team Leader regarding machine problem and coordinate with daily Technical Department for proper action.
  • Monitor competitor new game mechanics and the number of persons who played the competitor’s machine.
  • Attend the Gaming Assistants’ Meeting.
  • Submit the Monitoring Sheets, Defective Machine Status Form, and Weekly Observation to the Supervisor.
  • Submit Champion Report to the team leader every meeting.
  • Assigned as Team Leader for the week or act as reliever of the Team leader if on leave.
  • Inform the Supervisor of the status of the site.
  • Report and submit daily time record, overtime form, leave form to Supervisor.
  • Call the Technical Support Representative to request for technical assistance concerning machine problem and other related problem or concern.
  • Monitor and observe condition or status of the bingo hall.
  • Usher or assist prospective clients during exhibits or events within the country or abroad
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Female
  • Strictly residing in the said areas.
  • Without experience in e-bingo.
  • At least 2nd year College or 4 yrs degree holder.
  • At least 5’2″ in height.
  • With pleasing personality.
  • With excellent customer service.
  • Can travel and work with different sites around Manila.
