Duties and Responsibilities

Filleting and preparing various types of fish for sale
Ensuring that the display cases are visually appealing and well-stocked
Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
Keeping the work area clean and sanitized
Following all safety and health regulations
Operating and maintaining equipment such as knives and scales

Qualifications

Must have related work experience in Food Industry
Food and Beverage Certification/Food Safety Certification is an advantage
College graduate or Vocational
For High School Graduate (must have 3 years experience in the desired position)
With Good Communication Skills
With Pleasing Personality
