Field Service Technicians

Area of Deployment

  • RAC (Refrigeration and AirCon Maintenance
  • EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance)

Reports to: Service Team Manager and PMS Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible in providing customer support in a timely and professional manner consistent to company standards.
  2. Responsible for repair preparation, site readiness verification and documenting challenges for quick resolution.
  3. Provides client visit, customer service and support during field dispatches.
  4. Manage all on site repair/installation/maintenance/test task.
  5. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendation/briefings.
  6. Build positive relationship with customer.
  7. Suggests changes to services to fulfill customer needs.
  8. Diagnose errors or technical problem and determine proper solutions.
  9. Tie workflow to schedule.
  10. Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  11. Coordinate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  12. Typically reports to manager.
  13. Create Filemaker Logs/Reports.
  14. Timely reports and coordination.
  15. Creation of Bill of Materials, requesting tools, and requesting technicians for service installations.
  16. Lead Time Compliance.
  17. Contributes to the development of processes and procedure.
  18. Helps RACM Team to monitor clients with their outstanding balances.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of vocational/technical course (RAC, EIM)
  • Preferably with TESDA NCII/NCIII Certification
  • Male
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • Amenable to work Overtime (with pay)
  • Amenable to work out of town
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
