Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in providing support in a timely and professional manner consistent to company standards.
  • Responsible for repair preparation, site readiness verification and documenting challenges for quick resolution.
  • Provides client visit, customer service and support during field dispatch
  • Manage all on site repair, installation, maintenance and test task.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
  • Build positive relations with the clients
  • Suggest changes to service to fulfil customers’ needs
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Coordinate with Technical team and share information across the organocations
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedure

Qualifications

  • Male
  • Preferably with TESDA NCII/NCIII Certification
  • Graduate of vocational/technical Course of the following:
    • EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance)
    • RAC/DOMRAC (Refrigeration and Airconditioning Servicing)
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • With or Without Experience as a Technician
  • Amenable to work overtime (with Pay)
  • Amenable to work out of town
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • With good personality
