Area of Deployment

Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing sales people, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
Managing finances and preparing an annual budget.
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Monitoring stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
Motivating employees to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate of any 4 years course
Preferably with experience in merchandising function.
Must have at least 3-5 years’ work experience as a Retail Supermarket/Grocery Supervisor
Flexible at Work
Above Minimum Salary range to 28k-33k
With Good Communication Skills
With Pleasing Personality
