Area of Deployment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service is essential in this role.
  • Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
  • Cleaning equipment, coffee machines and work areas throughout the day.
  • Assess the quality coffee beans before sorting.
  • Can specialize in making specific drinks, art designed etc.
  • Grinding fresh coffee beans using a machine.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.

Qualifications

  • Must have related work experience as a Barista
  • Food and Beverage Certification/Food Safety Certification is an Advantage
  • College and Vocational graduates are an Advantage!
  • For High School Graduates (must have 1-3 years’ experience)
  • above Minimum Salary range to 21k-23k
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Providing customers with drink menus and answering their questions regarding ingredients.
  • Taking orders while paying attention to details and preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios.
