Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in providing support in a timely and professional manner consistent to company standards.
- Responsible for repair preparation, site readiness verification and documenting challenges for quick resolution.
- Provides client visit, customer service and support during field dispatch
- Manage all on site repair, installation, maintenance and test task.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Build positive relations with the clients
- Suggest changes to service to fulfil customers’ needs
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Coordinate with Technical team and share information across the organocations
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedure
